Misuse of this tool for fraudulent purposes may result in immediate termination of access and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content of the receipts you create and how you use them. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We are not liable for any misuse of receipts created using our service.

Intellectual Property

You may only upload images, logos, or other content that you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any trademarks, brand elements, or copyrighted material included in your receipts. Uploaded images are processed in your browser and are not stored on our servers.

Accounts and Subscriptions

Some features may require creating an account or purchasing a subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Subscriptions are billed through our payment processor and may be canceled at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

MakeMyReceipt is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
